  Hard to believe it but it’s already time again for our Annual General Meeting and Chili Cookoff! PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE AT 3PM SHARP to participate in our general meeting, as the Board will be presenting the budget and other items for discussion and voting! WE NEED A QUORUM FOR THIS MEETING SO IT IS IMPORTANT THAT AT LEAST ONE ADULT FROM EACH FAMILY COME TO THE MEETING TO VOTE!
  

  Club is providing Prosecco, king spring rolls, and samosas during the meeting in the clubhouse...   

  New tradition this year (weather permitting)!  The  Crock Pots & Instant Pots will be setup outside on the new BBQ counter,  all the sides will also be outside at/near the BBQ with beverages.

  When the meeting is over, we can get outside and to the fun of eating and judging!

  Please plan to bring anything that can be cooked in a crock pot for the competition (ie: chili, soup, casserole, dessert, etc) -or- please bring a side dish (e.g., green salad, fruit plate, cornbread, rolls, mac-n-cheese, etc.).
