- members only event, limit to 8 people
- cost for supplies is $10
Chocolate Tempering and simple chocolate molding and dipping. Demo and hands on practice.
The main focus will be on the tempering process
(Audrey will do a repeat class, if there is interest as an evening class)
Signups close on Wednesday January 15 to give Audrey time to prepare.
