VOLUNTEER: Memorial Day BBQ

Registration

• LEAD (1)
  Description: Will coordinate volunteers and tasks.
  -Manage supplies within event budget (supplies: BBQ supplies, ice, beer, drinks, 12oz cups clear or blue/red, kids games supplies)
  .
• Volunteers (10)
  TASKS (before, during, after):
  -Set up & move picnic tables (heavy lifting), decorate gate/grounds/clubhouse, set up/staff food table, beer, lemonade/water jugs; buy ice, lite/oversee BBQ, run games, cleanup, put decor back in attic.
  
  Volunteers will help with more than one task.
  (Lead will coordinate sign-ups for event)
