Description: Will coordinate volunteers and tasks.
-Manage supplies purchase within event budget (supplies: BBQ supplies, ice, beer, drinks, 12oz cups clear or blue/red, kids games supplies).

TASKS (before, during, after):
-Set up & move picnic tables (heavy lifting), decorate gate/grounds/clubhouse, set up/staff food, beer, lemonade/water jugs; buy ice, lite/oversee BBQ, run games, cleanup
Volunteers will help with more than one task.
(Lead will coordinate sign-ups for event)
