VOLUNTEER: Kids Holiday Party

Registration

• LEAD (1)
  Description: Will coordinate volunteers and tasks.
  -Manage supplies purchase within event budget (supplies: Santa gifts, Dreidel chocolate coins, Sees chocolate Santas, paper goods)
  .
• VOLUNTEERS (14)
  DO TASKS & BRING FOOD ITEM
  - Description: Various tasks *AND* buy/bring food items.
  (food items: cookies & icing/holiday toppings, hot cocoa, cider, healthy snacks, veggie tray, fruit tray, cheese/crackers, healthy sweets not cookies)
  
  TASKS (before, during, after): Decorate clubhouse weeks before with Adult Holiday Party team,
  - Purchase/pick up gifts, chocolate coins/Santas, wrap gifts, bring cookies & decorating supplies,
  - set up crafts/food/lemonade/water, run cookie/craft tables, staff food/drinks,
  - clean up; take decor down in January with Adult Holiday Party team, put back in attic
  
  Volunteers will help with more than one task and bring a food item.
  (Lead will coordinate sign-ups for event)
