VOLUNTEER: Adult Summer Party

Registration

• LEAD or Co-LEADs (1 or 2)
  Description: Will coordinate volunteers and tasks.
  - Plan meetings, oversee/organize all event tasks.
  - Manage supplies/expenses within event budget (bartenders/servers, music; supplies: theme related decorations, paper goods, catering, drinks, bar items, photos)
  .
• VOLUNTEERS (25)
  TASKS (before, during, after):
  
  -Group decides party theme; coordinate: invitations, RSVPs/payments, catering, drinks, decorations, photos, music/theme playlist;
  
  -Set up: decorate gate/clubhouse, bar/grounds, move picnic tables (heavy lifting), BAR, remove poolside furniture (heavy lifting), setup lights, fountain, music; monitor food, drinks & bar
  
  -Clean up: that evening (refrigerate perishables, lockup/remove alcohol), Next morning put pool back together (heavy lifting), put decor back in attic, launder tablecloths/return to attic.
  
  Volunteers will help with more than one task.
  (Lead will coordinate sign-ups for event)
