VOLUNTEER: Lunar New Year

Registration

• LEAD (1)
  Description: Will coordinate volunteers and tasks.
  -Manage supplies purchase within event budget (supplies: egg rolls, fried rice, red envelopes, gold chocolate coins, decor, craft supplies, paper goods)
  .
• VOLUNTEERS (12)
  TASKS (before, during, after):
  -Order/pick up egg rolls/fried rice, decorate, red envelope prep,
  -set up/staff food/drinks/crafts, stream Lion Dance on clubhouse TV, run crafts & "fireworks" bubbles,
  -clean up & put decor back in attic.
  
  Volunteers will help with more than one task.
  (Lead will coordinate sign-ups for event)
